Versed is on a Mission to Make the Best Products for Your Skin, Body, and Planet

Everyone knows that the skin is your body’s largest organ, and that’s why it deserves to be treated with care. But what do you do when you find products that work wonders for your skin but might harm the planet? We feel the same way, which is why we created our own line of eco-friendly and cruelty-free products, formulated to the highest standards in the world and free of 1,350+ ingredients that have questionable data. Every ingredient has a purpose, is proven to perform on skin (not just packaged pretty) and works with every step of your skincare routine.

The best thing about Versed

There are many reasons why you should try Versed. Here are our top five:

1) Cruelty-free products are better for animals.

2) It's hard to figure out which ingredients will cause irritation or breakouts - chemicals can be used by brand after brand without disclosing ingredients.

3) Chemicals often make it tough to determine whether your skincare is working well enough. 4) People who use natural products typically experience less sensitivities or allergies.

5) The best thing about Versed? You can shop with confidence that they have formulated to the highest standards in the world, nixing 1,350+ ingredients that have questionable data. Every ingredient has a purpose, is proven

Our products are cruelty free

Versed has eliminated 1,350+ ingredients that have questionable data. Every ingredient has a purpose - they are all proven through research. Versed products are cruelty free! They have a low environmental impact by using eco-friendly packaging with an embossed pattern that doubles as post-consumer waste packaging and biodegradable films in their packages, which is 100% recyclable at end of life. They don't test on animals!

The co-founders of Versed started this company because they wanted to create the best product possible, so now you can feel confident knowing that you're doing your skin a favor while you save yourself from unwanted side effects.

The mission statement of this company is MAKE PRODUCTS THAT PERFORM FOR YOUR SKIN, BODY, AND PLANET.

To be honest about what we don't know

It's no secret that we still have lots of questions about what goes into skincare products. We know that the average person uses 12 different products in a day (face lotion, body lotion, hair conditioner, face wash) but less than 20% of these contain essential plant-based ingredients. In fact only one quarter of brands we examined offer all organic options. So, what are we really using on our skin? Do we know or do we trust blindly?

At Versed this is not an issue.

Q&A section

What are the most important factors to look for in a company that offers skincare products? The first thing is safety: what ingredients do they have? Versed has eliminated 1,350+ ingredients that have questionable data. Every ingredient has a purpose and is proven. The second important factor would be performance. Does it work? Did it meet your expectations? The third important factor would be value: how much does it cost? How did you decide what products to make or not make? First, they looked at which ingredients were safe to use based on their research. Second, thye looked at which ingredients performed well and delivered results. Third, they considered what our customers wanted us to create for them (in terms of both product types and new innovations). Lastly, they decided to create items that fit into all three categories but that also made sense financially. They've created many items now because everyone was so involved with this process!
